We record your submission reference, time and form consent. Information you include in free-text fields or resumes is also part of the submission.

How the information is used
We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your request and application details to review recruitment suitability and communicate about that application. Internal status and notes support those processes. We also use operational information to maintain the website, protect access, investigate errors and meet applicable obligations. BigRock provides the confirmed hosting service; hosting and infrastructure providers may process information to operate that service. Information may also be handled by providers needed for a requested service or disclosed when required by applicable law. We do not sell corporate website form submissions to advertisers.

Payments and external platforms
Vaarada uses Razorpay for payment-enabled offerings. When you choose a Razorpay checkout, payment information is handled through that provider’s payment flow and policies. The corporate enquiry and recruitment forms do not request card details, UPI PINs or payment credentials. Vaarada may receive transaction information needed to identify a payment or support a customer request. Learnerslate, LinkedIn, map links and other external destinations have their own practices.

Retention and deletion
Information is retained for the purpose for which it was provided and any applicable business, security, contractual or legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature and status of the enquiry, recruitment process or service. Archived records and backups may continue to contain information until reviewed or replaced.
