Founder & CEO
Vaarada began in 2022 with a practical purpose: to build technology around real business needs. Our direction brings together client-focused technology services and products of our own, including Learnerslate.
Our vision is to become a leading product and services company. Beyond Learnerslate, we plan to launch more products across different industries, while continuing to build technology services around real client needs.
Co-founder
Our vision for Vaarada brings together technology services and products that respond to real needs. As we plan more products across different industries, we want to stay close to the people and businesses those products will serve.
Building that future takes collaboration, thoughtful decisions, and continuous learning. We aim to grow Vaarada with those principles, creating useful solutions and a strong foundation for the next stage of our journey.
COO
Our focus is to turn Vaarada's direction into well-coordinated work. That starts with understanding requirements, keeping responsibilities clear, and helping teams and clients stay connected throughout delivery.
As Vaarada grows its services and develops products for more industries, we aim to build dependable ways of working that support our people, our clients, and the needs of each project.
LEADERSHIP PRIORITIES
Keep the project connected to the requirement it is intended to address. Scope discussions should explain the audience, workflow and expected output. Decisions about priorities need an owner who can balance business needs and implementation constraints.
Choose an approach in the context of the system, data and people involved. Make dependencies and unresolved questions visible. Technical leadership should help a client understand why an approach fits the requirement, including the limitations that need review.
Keep decisions, review checkpoints and handover responsibilities clear. A milestone should have an understandable purpose and a person responsible for reviewing it. Discuss the communication and escalation arrangements for your engagement directly with Vaarada.
